Your musical journey starts here - Our approach
We understand that every individual learns at their own pace and has unique needs. Therefore, we tailor our approach to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences, combining a wide variety of resources, personal knowledge, and experience to guide each student along their musical journey. Our goal is to provide a supportive and empowering learning environment where students feel comfortable as they navigate the challenges of learning music.
Learning an instrument is a challenging yet fulfilling journey that demands perseverance, discipline, and patience. Similar to nurturing a plant, it requires consistent care and watering to blossom and grow. Despite its demands, progress can be seen relatively early in the journey, allowing students to enjoy the fruits of their labor. At our music studio, we foster a supportive and nurturing environment for our students, encouraging disciplined practice while promoting kindness and compassion towards oneself.
Central to our teaching philosophy is the cultivation of self-confidence. We believe in celebrating not only musical achievements but also personal growth and self-discovery. Through positive reinforcement, constructive feedback, and empathetic instruction, we strive to empower our students to believe in their abilities and embrace the joys and challenges of learning music with confidence and resilience.

It’s highly recommended. This way, you can have access to the instrument to practice any time you need or want to. We can help you find an instrument that’s suitable for your needs and budget, or help you find a place to practice if you're not sure you want to purchase an instrument yet.

Knowing how to read music or having basic knowledge of theory is an advantage, but by no means required to start learning with us. During the lessons, we will also work on your theory foundation so you can improve and broaden your musical knowledge.

Learning an instrument is a process, and it requires perseverance, discipline and proper guidance. Becoming a professional musician entails a long-time commitment, but you don’t need to invest years and thousands of hours to enjoy the first visible results and to be able to play some small pieces and songs. Whatever your musical goal is, we tailor the process for you.

Usually we will provide links to purchase or acquire the music that we’ll work on. If you prefer to obtain it from another source, you are free to do so, but we ask you to use the edition that we recommend. As with literary works, a good, trustworthy edition ensures the proper study and execution of the piece.

We encourage in-person lessons when possible, but if you prefer online teaching, we can accommodate your request as long as you have a good internet connection and a setup (phone or laptop) that allows us to properly hear your playing and see your hands.
